The long-awaited delay due to the semiconductor shortage is almost over and Alpha EVSE production starts in a week! Alpha UL certification is also near completion! After beta testing, software re-writes were done to implement more upgradable features for future use.

Thank you to everyone for your patience, we hope to ship your units soon.

    Thank you for the update. Can’t wait to get my order. Just a thought, you should offer an option for cables that are suitable for clients like me, I live in Phoenix Az, where snow and ice are unheard of, and the unit will be in my garage anyway. I really don’t need your premium cable, unless it is a superior cable in all respects, not just for extreme cold.
    Love the thoughtfulness you use in your product designs, keep up the good work.

      We understand that not all people need a cold sustainable cable, but Regular Cables are not available any more. So that, all our chargers come with Premium Cable.

    I have an order pending and have a few questions…

    How long after manufacturing begins do you think it will be that orders will begin shipping? I have an electrician scheduled for 23-Aug and knowing this will help me determine if I need to push the date back again.

    What will the NEMA rating of the unit be? The installation guide that is currently available says that the unit is NEMA 3 Indoor rated and should not be mounted in a sheltered location and not exposed to rain and snow. Is this still going to be true for the released product?

      We are doing shipping already!

      Alpha could be either with 06-50 or with 14-50 NEMA Plug.
      It is ok for outdoor use as we received NEMA 3R approval.

    Hi, I received the Alpha EVSE and installed it over the weekend. So far, so good!

    I wanted to ask if there was a webpage to download firmware? Included instructions lead me to believe that there is, but I’m not able to find it.
